Social and Emotional Learning & Mental Health

The Rethink Ed K-12 Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Mental Health programs work in tandem to promote mental wellness through the development of social and emotional learning skills. Rethink Ed’s SEL program provides training for adults and tiered lessons for students' key social and emotional learning skills. These same skills are used in our Mental Health program as protective strategies to reduce vulnerability to developing mental health issues and/or strengthen their ability to reduce the impact of an existing mental health concern. Through awareness, education, and empathy, Rethink Ed’s Mental Health solution takes a proactive approach to reducing the impact of mental health issues, by helping adults and students recognize the signs, offer support, and seek help for themselves and others.
